What it's actually like to work with us
Discovery call
Every project starts with a 20–30 minute video call with one of our founders. We'll ask about your business, your audience, and what you want the video to achieve. No forms, no questionnaires — a real conversation. By the end of the call, we'll know if we're the right fit and you'll have a rough timeline and budget estimate.
Script & storyboard
We write the script based on our discovery call. You review it, we refine it — typically 1–2 rounds gets it right. Then we storyboard every scene so you can see the video before a single frame is animated. You'll review the storyboard on Figma or as a PDF — whatever's easier for your team.
Design & illustration
Our illustrator creates the visual style, characters, and assets from scratch. No stock illustrations, no generic character packs. Everything is designed to match your brand — your colors, your tone, your visual language. You'll approve the style frames before we move to animation.
Animation & sound
This is where the storyboard comes to life. Our animators work scene by scene, adding motion, transitions, and timing. We add professional voiceover, background music, and sound design. You'll get 2 rounds of revisions to fine-tune everything.
Delivery & support
Final video delivered in every format you need — web-optimized, social media cuts, presentation format. Source files included if requested. We don't disappear after delivery — if you need a small tweak three months later, we'll handle it.
Every project gets a dedicated point of contact — one of our two founders. You'll communicate via email, WhatsApp, or Slack. Storyboard and design reviews happen on Figma. Video reviews happen on Frame.io or Google Drive. We send progress updates at every milestone so you never have to chase us for status.
Things we don't do
We don't outsource your project
Every frame of animation is produced by our in-house team of 5 animators and 1 illustrator. We don't farm your project out to freelancers we found last week. The same people who start your project are the ones who finish it.
We don't use AI-generated animation or stock assets
Every illustration, character, and visual element is created from scratch for your project. No AI-generated art, no stock character packs, no recycled assets from other projects. Your video looks like yours — not like everyone else's.
We don't surprise you with hidden costs
The quote we give you is the price you pay. Voiceover, sound design, music, revisions — it's all included. We don't send you a bill for 'extras' after the project starts. If something changes in scope, we discuss it before any additional cost.
We don't ghost you mid-project
You'll get regular updates at every milestone. We respond to messages within a few hours during business hours. If there's a delay, we tell you proactively — you shouldn't have to ask.

We're based in India and work with clients remotely across the country and internationally. Our team collaborates using Figma, Frame.io, Slack, Google Meet, and WhatsApp. Animation production is a digital process — whether your studio is in a metro city or not, the files travel the same way. What matters is the quality of work, the reliability of communication, and whether you deliver on time. We do.
