Questions about Presentation Animation
Can we present the animated slides live with a clicker?
Yes, for live presentations we export slide-by-slide as individual video files or as a PowerPoint file with embedded motion. You advance through slides normally with your clicker — each slide plays its animation on click. We can also export as a single timed video if you prefer a hands-off presentation.
How do you handle our brand guidelines in the presentation?
We work from your brand guide — colors, fonts, logo usage rules, and any existing slide templates. If you don't have a brand guide yet, we establish one during the design phase and document it for your team.
Can you update an existing slide deck rather than designing from scratch?
Yes. If you have an existing deck with the content already structured, we animate it in place rather than redesigning from scratch. Expect to save about 30% of production time when starting from a content-complete deck.
What screen resolutions do you produce for trade shows?
Standard LED display output is 1920x1080 (Full HD). For large-format LED walls, we produce at native screen resolution — which varies by panel configuration. For non-standard aspect ratios (ultra-wide, portrait stacks), we need the screen spec before we start.
Can the trade show video play without sound?
Yes — in fact, we design trade show loop content to work both with and without audio. The visual storytelling carries the message at full volume off, and the audio adds a layer when the environment allows for it.
How long does production take?
An animated slide deck takes 2–3 weeks. Investor pitch packages run 3–4 weeks. Trade show and event packages with multiple deliverables take 4–6 weeks. We build in a buffer before your event date — we need at least 3 weeks' notice to start production.
What format files do you deliver?
MP4 (H.264, 1080p) is the standard for all deliverables. For trade show use, we also provide ProRes MOV files at full resolution for display controller compatibility. All source files (After Effects) are included in the Trade Show & Event Package.
