Safety Training & Process
Animation for Manufacturing
Animated safety SOPs, machinery walkthroughs, and compliance training that actually get watched — built for factory floors, not conference rooms.
Services for Manufacturing
Manufacturing facilities deal with a persistent training problem: safety and SOP content that employees are required to complete, but rarely engage with. Dense text-based manuals, generic stock-photo slideshows, and monotone voiceover videos fail at the fundamental job of holding attention long enough to transfer knowledge. Animated training content fixes that.
A well-designed safety animation for factory floor workers shows the exact hazard, the correct procedure, and the consequence of deviation — in the specific context of your facility, your equipment, and your workflow. It can be localized into multiple languages, delivered on tablets at induction stations, and tracked through your LMS for audit compliance.
We've produced safety and compliance training for Toyota's manufacturing operations and corporate communication films for renewable energy companies. Every project starts with understanding your industrial context — the equipment involved, the regulation being addressed, and the workers who need to understand it.

Questions about Manufacturing
Can you animate complex industrial machinery accurately?
Yes. We work from your engineering drawings, product manuals, and reference photographs to create technically accurate animations. We've animated machinery assembly sequences, hazard zones, chemical exposure scenarios, and equipment maintenance procedures. We send you a review link after storyboard so your technical team can verify accuracy before animation begins.
Can you produce content in multiple regional languages?
Yes. We produce voiceover versions in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and English. Subtitle files are included as standard. We work with certified regional voice artists and can accommodate language review by your local HSE team.
How do you handle LMS compatibility for training modules?
We deliver MP4 (1080p, H.264) compatible with all major LMS platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle, and proprietary factory systems. SCORM packages are available on request. We also provide assessment integration support if your LMS requires it.
Can the animations be updated when our SOPs change?
Yes. We retain your After Effects source files and can provide update pricing for specific scenes when procedures change. Minor updates (text changes, step modifications) are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days. This is significantly faster and cheaper than reshooting live-action training content.
What's the typical production timeline for a training series?
A single training module of 3 to 5 minutes takes 3 to 4 weeks. Multi-module series are produced in batches — we complete and deliver modules sequentially so your team can begin review and LMS upload while later modules are in production. Full series timelines are scoped per project.
