Questions about Explainer Videos
How long does production take?
Standard production runs 4–6 weeks from brief sign-off to final delivery. This covers script writing, storyboard, design approvals, animation, voiceover recording, and sound mixing. We offer a 3.5-week priority track for the Full Production Package.
Do you write the script?
Yes, script writing is included in all packages. We interview your team, study your product, and write the first draft. You get two rounds of script feedback before we move to storyboard. If you already have a script, we'll adapt and time it for animation.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds per milestone for the 60-sec package, three rounds for 90-sec and Full Production. Milestones are storyboard, style frames, and final animation. Minor tweaks (text changes, color adjustments) are covered at no extra cost. Scope changes after animation is complete are priced separately.
What video formats do you deliver?
Every project includes 1080p MP4 as the master file. Full Production Package adds 4K, WebM, square (1:1), and vertical (9:16) cuts. We can export additional formats on request.
Can I use the video on social media, YouTube, and in paid ads?
Yes. You own the video outright after final payment. There are no usage restrictions, platform fees, or licensing expiry dates. The background music license covers YouTube monetization and all paid ad placements including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
What if I don't like the style after the first pass?
We show style frames — 5 to 6 fully designed key scenes — before animation begins. This is your checkpoint to confirm the exact look, color palette, character style, and tone. Major style direction changes after animation has started are treated as scope changes.
Do you provide the voiceover?
Yes. We shortlist 3 voiceover artists in your preferred language and gender, you approve one, and we direct the recording session remotely. Voiceover recording is included in all packages. Additional language versions are available at ₹12,000–₹18,000 per language.
What do you need from us to get started?
A completed project brief (we send you a short form), your brand guide or existing assets, any product documentation, and a 50% deposit to lock your production slot. Most clients are ready to kick off within 3–5 business days of first contact.
